A measured composition of stone, bronze, and shadow.
The brief asked for an updated language of Emirati domesticity: tone, texture, and the play of shadow over the day's full arc, without the literalism of historical motifs. The plan stacks four bedrooms over a sunken wellness floor, with all of the formal life — majlis, family, dining — anchored to a 12-metre infinity pool that the entire ground floor opens onto. The bronze mashrabiya is the project's signature. Each panel is parametrically perforated to a single density: dense enough to break direct sun, open enough to keep the upper floor visually connected to the courtyard. The roof rises a half-storey at the rear to capture clerestory light without ever showing itself on the street facade.
